Research participation
This site describes research studies, not approved treatment. Psilocybin is not an FDA-approved medicine and is a Schedule I controlled substance; it is administered only within an approved clinical trial under FDA IND and Yale IRB oversight. Submitting a form on this site does not enroll you in a study and does not commit you to participation. Final eligibility is determined in clinical screening under an IRB-approved protocol, never by this website. Benefit is never guaranteed.
Information you send us
Information you submit through forms on this site is used to contact you about research participation and to conduct a preliminary eligibility assessment. It is handled under Yale’s privacy policies and applicable research protocols.
Referrals from clinicians
If a clinician refers a patient, that form never emails the patient. Nothing reaches them automatically — a member of the study team decides whether and how to make contact, and does it by hand.
Stopping contact, or changing how we reach you
Tell us which email or phone to drop and we stop writing and calling. You can also ask us to remove the contact details you gave. If you already joined a study, this does not take you out of it — call your study team for that.
Both take under a minute. No reason needed.
